By accessing or using LitHolidays.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, homeowners requesting quotes, and contractors using the Site.

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [legal entity operating Lit Holidays] and Holly Watts, as applicable to the service or communication you request.

Lit Holidays is a free homeowner referral network that helps connect homeowners with local, independent Christmas light installation professionals. Membership for installers is free.

We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and an installer. Installers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, materials, pricing, and service terms. We do not employ, control, or guarantee the work of any installer.

Submitting a quote request does not reserve an installation date or guarantee that an installer is available, will accept, or will offer a particular price. A request is not an assignment.

Contractors who join the network are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their profile, service area, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information in a quote request or contractor profile.
• Attempt to access, alter, or damage any non-public data, systems, or accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or redistribute installer or homeowner information from the Site.

The Site content, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Lit Holidays. Installer-submitted photos remain the property of their respective owners, and any permitted display is governed by the contributor’s permission and our review process.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that an installer will be available in every area. We do not endorse or guarantee any installer’s work, licensing, insurance, or pricing. Verify credentials and terms directly with any installer you consider hiring.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lit Holidays and Holly Watts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any connection made through it, including the conduct of any installer or homeowner.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The following terms apply to informational text messages sent by Lit Holidays and Holly Watts to Christmas light installation contractors who request information or estimates about our website services and consent to receive that information by text.

Program purpose: Informational messages responding to your request for information or estimates about website services. This program does not enroll you in recurring promotions or unsolicited offers.

Opt-in: You opt in by texting our advertised number or by asking during a telephone call and agreeing to receive the requested information at your number. Consent applies to the identified sender and the information you requested only.

Message frequency: Frequency depends on your request and any replies needed to answer it. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent through that program unless you provide new consent.

Carriers: Messages are delivered through participating wireless carriers. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
